HOW CAN I PAY
You can pay online through paypal. Not got paypal? It's easy and only takes a minute to sign up. Go to www.paypal.com for more info.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can exchange item(s) that are too big/small or if you would rather have another style. Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed and in a resellable condition.
- Contact orders@wearerapscallion.co.uk and we'll e-mail you a returns form.
- Fill the form out and place it inside with the item you're returning.
- Enclose £2.50 (or the equivalent in another currency) for exchanges. Please state whether you've paid by cash, or PayPal.
- Go to the post office, get a PROOF OF POSTING and post away.
When we have received the items and receipt in the mail, we will then send out your exchange. Simple!
I HAVE A FAULTY/MISSING ITEM...
In the unlikely event that you receive your order and an item is missing or faulty then please contact us at orders@wearerapscallion.co.uk. If this is the case we will reimburse all return shipping costs.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, but you need to tell us before its shipped out. Let us know at orders@wearerapscallion.co.uk.
We regret that once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel/change that order, therefore you will need to return the order to us for a refund/exchange.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our delivery charge is £2.50 for all orders within the UK.
The charge is the same wherever you live or how many items you order.
We do send abroad, please get in contact about delivery charges to outside of the UK orders@wearerapscallion.co.uk.
If items are ordered before 2pm they will normally be shipped out the same day.
Orders in the UK will normally be delivered to you in 3 working days, but please allow 7 working days before contacting us. For more information see www.royalmail.co.uk
Please be aware that sometimes events or circumstances beyond our control including acts of God, strikes, super villains, industrial disputes, natural disasters, and any other similar events can delay your parcel arriving. We’re sorry for the delay!
AVAILABILITY
We try to make sure everything displayed on the website is in stock and available to purchase, but items may sell out. If any part of you order is unavailable we'll let you know via e-mail of any alternatives or offer you a refund.
COLOURS
We try our best to accurately represent the colours in the photography. However, we have no control over your monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) so we cannot guarantee the colours will be exactly as they appear on the website.
We will happily refund or exchange an item within the specified period as set out in the returns and exchanges section, but this does not count as a faulty item.
CAN I BUY YOUR CLOTHES ON THE HIGH STREET?
You can see where we're selling clothes on the stockists page which is located next to the social network links at the bottom of each page.
We're always looking for more places and would love our clothes to be sold in your shop, or even at a gig or festival. If you are interested please get in touch at info@wearerapscallion.co.uk.
